North Face Jacket and Boots Fell Apart—Misled About Warranty

In February 2022, I purchased a North Face jacket from one of their stores. After just over a year, the stitching on the sleeves started to tear, and the down feathers began leaking out. When I called the store, they told me there was only a one-year warranty and that they couldn’t do anything about it.

Later, in November 2023, I bought a pair of North Face boots, and now those are falling apart too. I just found out that the actual warranty is two years, meaning I was misled by customer service.

I will be taking both items to the store for inspection. North Face, stand behind your products and offer a real solution! I expect a proper resolution for both faulty items!
