North Face Berkeley Boots Fell Apart in 3 Years—No Support from Warranty

A few years ago, I purchased a pair of North Face Berkeley boots from a large store in Karaköy, expecting high quality from a brand that markets itself as a premium outdoor gear company. Despite paying a high price, these boots barely lasted three years under light urban use, with a maximum of 50 wears. They deteriorated to the point where even cheap, unbranded market shoes would have performed better.
When I returned to the store with the boots, they admitted the issue but simply stated that the warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. Essentially, they implied that North Face products are only built to last two years, after which customers should consider themselves lucky.
This is unacceptable for a global brand. I will escalate this issue to North Face Türkiye's upper management and even VF Corp. directly, as I believe they would be ashamed of how their brand is being handled here. North Face, will you stand by your customers, or are you just another company that forgets them after the sale? I expect a real solution!
