The Beauty Store Sent Me a Faulty Mini Hifu 4—No Invoice & Ignoring My Complaint

I purchased a Mini Hifu 4 device from The Beauty Store for ₺10,000, but the device arrived defective. To make matters worse, they never provided an invoice or any official documents with my purchase.

When I contacted them to report the issue, they completely ignored me and later blocked me from reaching out. Now, I am stuck with a broken device and no way to get a refund or replacement. Additionally, when I tried to leave a review about my experience, they immediately deleted it, preventing others from seeing honest customer feedback.

The Beauty Store, I demand a resolution! Either replace the defective device or provide a full refund. Has anyone else experienced this? This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable!

Hello, first of all, it is not possible for us to manually intervene in the comments. All our products are guaranteed for 1 year. In the review conducted regarding your order, it was determined that you used the device for months and then reported an issue. It was communicated to you that you could send the device to the technical service, but it is not possible for us to exchange products that are not defective due to manufacturing faults with a new product.
