The Beauty Store Sent Me a Faulty Mini Hifu—Won’t Honor Warranty


I purchased a Mini Hifu device from The Beauty Store for ₺9,900, but the device arrived defective—it wouldn’t heat up. I immediately reported the issue, and they instructed me to send it to their technical service in Diyarbakır, promising to send me a brand-new replacement after inspection.
However, instead of sending a new device, they returned a repaired unit from Diyarbakır, even though the company is based in Istanbul. When I objected, they insisted that they had sent a brand-new product. I have photos and all message exchanges as proof. The replacement device even arrived with a visible stain on it. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to use it 2-3 times, but the battery barely lasts 20 minutes, even though the manual states it should last 80 minutes. Now, the power button has also stopped working.
Despite these serious issues, their only response was to replace the charging adapter and get the button soldered at my own expense! On top of this, they never provided an invoice for my purchase, and when I requested a warranty document, they tried to avoid legal responsibility by claiming the product was defective from the start.
This company has sent me two faulty devices, wasted my time for months, and refuses to provide a proper solution. I will be filing formal complaints with the relevant authorities. The Beauty Store, I demand a full refund or a fully functional replacement device! Has anyone else had similar issues? This level of customer service is unacceptable!
Hello, upon reviewing your order, it has been determined that you contacted us due to a problematic product and a second device was sent to you in a new box. Subsequently, months later, it was found that you reported an issue with the second device as well, and we directed you to the technical service. It is not possible for us to accept a return on a device that has been used for months; as you have benefited, the option of replacement is available for products with manufacturing defects.

I couldn't believe what I read, the company blatantly lied, the device was not used for months and broke down at the first use, it literally became garbage. If you have money to throw away and want to get your nerves upset by disrespectful people who lie, go ahead and buy it without hesitation. This is a store of poor quality and faulty products. Not only was my grievance not resolved, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I read their response. I am never someone who would demand a replacement for a product I have used for months. I also bought that very expensive HIFU device, whose current price I don't even know. At first, there was no problem, but now it leaks water and I don't know how to tape it up. I even tried different waterproof tapes. Also, I should say, it is completely useless, and after long use, small dents started to appear on my skin, so I don't use it anymore either.
