Mini Hifu 2 from BeautyStore Stopped Working – No Warranty or Support

I purchased the Mini Hifu 2 facial device directly from BeautyStore four months ago, paying ₺5000. I trusted the positive reviews on other shopping sites, but now I regret my decision.

Although the warranty states 12 months, when my device stopped working, BeautyStore refused both a return and an exchange, blaming it on "user error." This is completely unfair—I followed all usage guidelines, yet they won’t honor the warranty.

I strongly advise against buying this product from BeautyStore. Other platforms like T and H may handle defective products more fairly, but BeautyStore has lost my trust. I expect a proper solution! Has anyone else faced this issue? BeautyStore, fix this now!

Hello, upon reviewing your order, it has been determined that your device was sent to the technical service, and after a defective product report was issued by the recipient at the technical service, a fee was incurred. It is not possible for us to intervene in the technical service and its charges.

You are liars. As I mentioned in my previous message, you did not take back the device, you diagnosed it as user error without examining the defect. I did not send you the product, I threw your product in the trash.
