Unauthorized Testora Subscription Keeps Charging My Apple Account

For several months I have been charged for a subscription I never intended to sign up for, related to Testora / “V*iq Mental-Impulse”. The first charge I noticed was on my credit card statement on 19/10/2025, and the payments have been deducted via my Apple account without my clear consent or any deliberate subscription on my side. I have tried to cancel this subscription, but I cannot even access the V*iq Mental-Impulse service or account in order to terminate it, which is why it has taken me some time to find a way to resolve this issue. Despite these attempts, the charges have continued, even though the service has never been used. I request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately, that all future payments be blocked, and that a full refund be issued for all charges taken since 19/10/2025. I ask that you review this situation urgently and confirm the cancellation and refund in writing.
