Testora IQ Test Unauthorized Follow-up Withdrawal From Credit Card
I took an online IQ test via Testora about a week ago and paid the relevant fee at that time. However, on April 17, an additional amount of ₺1,850 was withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I did not agree to any subscription, recurring payment, or second charge related to this test. I also could not find any clear contact information or support channel to resolve this problem directly with Testora. I request that this second, unauthorized charge be immediately reversed to my credit card and that written confirmation be provided that no further unapproved withdrawals will be made from the card linked to the email address registered in your system.
