Testora Cancellation And Refund

154

I recently discovered two unexpected charges on my Irish PTSB card from a company called Testora IQ Tests, even though I do not have, and do not knowingly recall agreeing to, any ongoing subscription with them. I only used their service once last month to take a test. On 26 August I was charged €23.00 and on 27 August I was charged €8.49. I did not give clear consent for any recurring payments and was not properly informed that I would be charged these amounts on an ongoing basis. I request an immediate full refund of both payments and the cancellation of any existing or future subscription or automatic charges linked to my email address paulcahi***[email protected]. I also ask you to confirm in writing that my account has been fully cancelled and that no further amounts will be taken from my card.

Hello Paul! We understand that automatic renewals can sometimes come as a surprise. Testora subscriptions renew automatically to maintain continuous access to the platform, and the applicable price and billing frequency are displayed before completing the purchase. Our Support Team has reviewed your case and is actively working with you to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and hope the resolution provided by our team helps address your concerns.
