Testora Brain Plans Recurring Charges Without Authorization

I am writing to report unauthorized recurring charges of US$39.98 on my card under the concept “Testora Brain Plans.” I only remember completing a quiz at some point as a one-time payment, but I was never informed that this would generate a recurring subscription or periodic charges. On October 6, I detected a charge of US$39.98 in my bank statement from “Testora Brain Plans.” When reviewing my movements, I realized that this amount is being charged to me recurrently without my clear and express authorization and without having contracted any subscription service with this company in a conscious and informed way. I have not yet been able to contact either my bank or Testora Brain Plans, but with this complaint I want to formally state that I do not recognize these charges, that I never accepted a recurring plan, and that I consider this situation abusive and misleading. I kindly request the full refund of the amounts charged under “Testora Brain Plans” that correspond to this unauthorized recurring collection, as well as the immediate and definitive cancellation of any subscription or automatic charge associated with my data, so that no additional payments are generated in the future.
