Testora IQ Subscription Dispute- $39.98/month

I discovered that I have been charged a $39.98 monthly fee by “Testora IQ” for an app subscription that I never knowingly agreed to. The first charge appeared on my Bank of America debit account on 02/23/2026, and the same amount has been taken every month for approximately seven months since then. I only became aware of this subscription by seeing the repeated “Testora IQ” debits on my bank statement. There is no clear information about this subscription, and I have not been able to find any way to contact Testora IQ through an app, website or email to cancel it or request a refund. I consider these recurring charges unauthorized. I request that this subscription be cancelled immediately and that all monthly payments of $39.98 taken so far be fully refunded to my Bank of America debit account. I also want written confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future.
