Testora IQ Tests Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Authorized

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription and charges related to the Testora-IQ-Tests website, which I never knowingly signed up for. I only took what I believed to be a simple IQ test on their website recently and was not clearly shown any subscription terms, ongoing fees, or a $39.98 charge at the time. A short time ago, I received a notification of a pending $39.98 charge from Testora-IQ-Tests, and when I checked my transaction history I also saw that I was charged $39.98 on 06/30/2026. The charge is linked to my email address “hazeleyez14**@gmail.com”. I did not agree to any paid membership or subscription and did not see this line item until just now, so I had no chance to cancel it earlier. The only email I can find from Testora in my inbox is a message showing an IQ test result and a “welcome” type email; there is no clear, prior consent from me to start a recurring subscription or to take $39.98 from my Apple Cash. I feel this situation is misleading and that I have been charged without my informed permission. I request that the Testora-IQ-Tests subscription, if any exists in my name or under my email, be cancelled immediately. I also request that the pending $39.98 charge be blocked, any future charges be permanently prevented, and the $39.98 already taken on 06/30/2026 be fully reimbursed to my Apple Cash balance. I expect a prompt written explanation of how this subscription was created without my clear consent, confirmation that my account (if any) has been fully closed, and assurance that no further debits will be made.
