A Tesla Wall Connector I purchased through Tesla's official website has been stuck in customs for approximately one month, and I am unable to receive it because Tesla has not completed the necessary import and customs clearance procedures. My UPS tracking number is 1ZFA70730408336215, and the shipment status has shown no progress for an extended period of time.
Throughout this process, Tesla has taken no concrete steps to resolve the customs and import issue, and I am suffering real harm as a result. Despite having purchased the product and paid for it in full, the delivery delay means I am unable to properly charge my vehicle and am not receiving what I paid for.
I am requesting that Tesla immediately complete the customs clearance for my Wall Connector and deliver the product to me as soon as possible.
