Tesla Ignores Customer Emails and Calls — Still No Delivery After Paying $240 Upfront

On May 21, 2026, I purchased a Tesla Mobile Connector – 7 KW through Tesla's official website, paying $240 upfront. I provided my delivery address at the time of purchase.
On June 22, 2026, I received a shipping notification email from UPS. My order number was listed as 98ACM74J3M and my UPS tracking number as 1ZFA70730424822892. After waiting until June 1 with no delivery, I noticed the tracking status still showed "in transit," so I called UPS customer service. When I provided the tracking number, they told me no such shipment existed in their system and could not explain how I had received that email in the first place.
Following that, I sent three separate emails through Tesla's official website on different dates — none of which received a reply. I also called Tesla customer service, and while representatives acknowledged seeing my inquiries and promised to look into the matter, I have received no follow-up whatsoever, and my product has still not been delivered.
I am requesting that Tesla immediately ship the Tesla Mobile Connector – 7 KW I paid for in full, include an invoice with the shipment, and provide me with written confirmation of the delivery process.
