Tesla Turkey Misleading EAP Campaign And Delivery Issues

I would like to bring to your attention the financial and emotional damages I have suffered during the purchase and delivery process of my Tesla Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive in Turkey, due to misleading campaign information and operational mistakes by Tesla Türkiye. During the sales process, I was explicitly told that the EAP campaign would definitely end on 31 December 2025, and this was used to create pressure on me to make an urgent purchase decision. Relying on this statement, I took delivery of my vehicle on 30 December 2025 in Ankara. Because of this timing, I became liable to pay an additional 2025 motor vehicle tax (MTV) of ₺6,744. However, as of January 2026, the continuation of the same campaign clearly shows that misleading information was given merely to clear stock. In addition, despite repeatedly informing my sales advisor, Mr. O***, that I wanted a special license plate, I was misdirected regarding the plate registration and notary process. As a result, I had to deal with plate cancellation, new notary procedures and reallocation, which caused serious financial loss and waste of time. Furthermore, there were clear service deficiencies in the delivery of the vehicle. The windshield washer fluid tank was completely empty when I received the car, and I was given no technical briefing or explanation about the vehicle at all. When I requested some accessory support such as all‑weather floor mats and a front windshield film as a gesture to compensate for my grievances, my requests were ignored and left unanswered. Due to the misleading information provided and the operational mistakes made throughout this process, my total loss is approximately between ₺15,000 and ₺20,000. I expect my grievance to be resolved urgently, either through the provision of the accessories I have requested or through an appropriate monetary compensation. If no solution is offered within 48 hours, I will proceed to pursue all legal remedies available to me, including applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Presidential Communication Center.
