I had initially assumed that I could charge my device at home using a regular socket, but soon realized that it would require more than a day to fully charge. I have confidence that Tesla would not abandon me if it were well-managed. The collected amount cannot be classified as a deposit. The plaintiff is not bound by the general commercial terms without their signature. There is a ruling from the Court of Cassation regarding this matter. In the end, the company will have to pay the money with interest, which will negatively impact its brand value among Turkish users. Tesla should make this process easier.
