Tesla Model Y Tire Defect—Hankook Tires Peeling at Low Mileage

I own a 2025 Tesla Model Y Juniper Standard Range. The vehicle currently has 5,000 miles (8,000 km) on it and is equipped with factory-installed Hankook tires. At around 3,700 miles (6,000 km), I noticed peeling and wear on the sidewalls near the rims. This situation is concerning from a safety standpoint and is not acceptable for a vehicle with such low mileage.
I took delivery of the car from Tesla Istanbul. I have not yet taken the vehicle to service because I have seen that other users with the same issue received negative responses, but I also do not believe this problem should be ignored.
I believe the peeling and wear on the tires are due to a manufacturing or material defect. I request that the Hankook tires on my vehicle be inspected under warranty and, if deemed necessary, replaced free of charge.
