Tesla Model Y Autopilot Bug at 7K Miles

My Tesla Model Y, with just 7,000 km driven, is experiencing an issue with the Autopilot system. The cameras are not working, which makes most safety sensors ineffective. After multiple discussions with Tesla, I have been given the task of moving the vehicle from Bursa to Istanbul. Does it make sense to bring a vehicle with a security vulnerability there? Does Tesla only provide service support in Istanbul? I will continue to escalate each complaint until Tesla addresses and resolves this issue.

No one has even responded; we are experiencing service issues and cannot use the vehicle. We have made a service request and will take the vehicle to Istanbul with a tow truck. Not even a response has been made; I think it will be a problematic process.
