I'm currently experiencing some mechanical and Supercharger system problems with my 2023 Tesla Model Y. The company's communication center is not available around the clock.
Unfortunately, there are no service centers available outside of Istanbul to assist with my mechanical complaints. The car is excellent, but regrettably, the post-sales services leave much to be desired. I really enjoy the car and overall I'm quite happy with it. However, I do feel that the support I received after purchasing it could use some improvement. Could you kindly ask the customer support team to reach out to me? Thank you for your help.
