My Tesla Battery Failed After 1 Month and I Was Denied a Proper EV Replacement

I purchased a Tesla just a month ago, and it already developed a serious battery issue. I was informed that the battery needs to be replaced, but since the part isn’t available in Turkey, it could take up to 45 days for delivery and repair.
In the meantime, Tesla only offered me a gasoline rental car for 3 days—completely unacceptable given the premium price I paid and the fact that I bought an electric vehicle for environmental and performance reasons. I specifically requested an equivalent EV as a replacement for the full duration of the repair, but they said it's not possible due to my location in İzmir. Instead, they vaguely mentioned that they "might extend" the rental period, with no guarantees.
I've tried to escalate the issue multiple times, but Tesla hasn’t responded. Even when I call for roadside assistance, I’m connected to someone who only speaks English, making it difficult to resolve anything quickly or clearly.

The battery was replaced in a short time, and they sent a gift as an apology for the rental car problem I experienced. Thank you.
