Tesla Did Not Provide Mobile Connector with My New Vehicle, Requesting Support

I took delivery of my Tesla on November 19, but unlike customers who received their vehicles before me, I was not provided with a mobile connector. When I inquired about this, I was told there were none left at the service center.
I have no idea who made the decision to stop including mobile connectors or why this change was implemented without prior notice. A mobile connector is essential for charging the vehicle, and not receiving one has left me frustrated and inconvenienced.
I am requesting Tesla to provide a mobile connector promptly and address this issue. Customers who pay a premium for their vehicles should not have to deal with such incomplete deliveries or lack of support.
