We ordered a new Tesla Model Y on 07.05.2025. The delivery time has been changed multiple times, causing us a lot of stress and uncertainty. I reached out to our customer representative, Ms. B***, and tried to explain that we need the car to be delivered within a specific time frame because we will not be in Turkey. We had made all our travel and schedule arrangements based on the initial delivery promise. Despite this, orders placed a week before ours have already been delivered, while our originally communicated delivery window of June 5–10 has now been pushed back to June 17.
