Tesla Delayed Delivery of My Model Y Despite Earlier Orders Being Fulfilled

We ordered a new Tesla Model Y on 07.05.2025. The delivery time has been changed multiple times, causing us a lot of stress and uncertainty. I reached out to our customer representative, Ms. B***, and tried to explain that we need the car to be delivered within a specific time frame because we will not be in Turkey. We had made all our travel and schedule arrangements based on the initial delivery promise. Despite this, orders placed a week before ours have already been delivered, while our originally communicated delivery window of June 5–10 has now been pushed back to June 17. This situation is both confusing and unfair, especially considering we acted in good faith and followed all the necessary steps.
