Tesla Customer Service Unreachable for 2 Months Despite Daily Calls

We cannot reach anyone at Tesla. Did we make a mistake by buying a Tesla? For the past two months, I have been trying every single day to contact someone regarding a question about my vehicle, but there is no one to speak to. I waited on the line for a minimum of 45 minutes and up to 96 minutes, yet not a single representative ever picked up. This level of neglect is unacceptable. If you cannot provide proper after-sales service and customer support, then you should not be selling cars in this country. As a paying customer, I feel abandoned and extremely disappointed.
