My Tesla Activated Valet Mode on Its Own and Now No One Can Access or Repair It

Hello, about 3–4 months ago, my Tesla was involved in an accident. After the crash, the vehicle somehow enabled Valet Mode on its own, even though I had never set a valet password. Since then, my car has been sitting at the authorized Tesla service center in Ankara.

The problem? Even the service technicians cannot access the car, because they are locked out due to the Valet Mode. They’ve confirmed the issue themselves, but there’s nothing they can do because the car won’t accept any attempts to exit Valet Mode without the non-existent password.

The vehicle is otherwise repairable, but no one can perform any service work because of this software lockout. I am completely stuck, unable to use or fix my car because of a system failure that wasn’t caused by me. I’m requesting that Tesla immediately resolve this issue, remove the false Valet Mode lock, and allow repairs to begin.
