I’m extremely disappointed with Tencent Games—I just don’t understand what’s going on. So far, my 5 legitimate accounts have been hit with 10-year bans. Meanwhile, cheaters are running rampant, yet I’m getting banned for simply having 1 or 2 kills in classic mode. How is that fair? I’ve appealed multiple times, but once you’re banned unfairly, there’s no lifting it.
It’s clear everyone is complaining: the average players get banned, while wealthy players using cheats get their bans lifted. Why? Because money talks. Why else would their accounts be banned repeatedly and then reinstated? We also invest money and time into the game, and it’s frustrating to see such bias. We shouldn’t have to put up with this kind of treatment.
