Tencent Games Banned My PUBG Account for 10 Years Unfairly

I received a 10-year ban on my PUBG account from Tencent Games for alleged rule violations, but I’m just a new player still learning the game! I have no idea how I could have been banned like this. I don't even know how to use cheats or hacks. My player ID is 5293372389, and I urgently need assistance to get my account reinstated. I’ve also purchased UC with real money on this account. Could this be the reason for the ban? Please review my case and lift this unjust ban immediately!
