Unjust 10-Year Ban on PUBG Account – No Cheating Involved

My PUBG account was suddenly banned for 10 years without any reason. I haven’t used any cheats or done anything wrong. There’s been no issue with unauthorized access to my account either. I’ve already submitted an appeal to PUBG, but if my account isn’t restored within 5 days, I will escalate the complaint to other platforms.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be banned for no reason, and I demand a proper investigation and immediate resolution. Why am I being banned out of nowhere? I expect PUBG to correct this mistake and restore my account as soon as possible.
