Wrongfully Banned for 10 Years on Tencent Games – Never Used Cheats

I have never used cheats or even know how to. Despite this, my account was banned for 10 years, and I can’t understand why. I’ve always followed the rules and played fairly, yet my efforts were in vain. I have three years of progress on this account, and I’m devastated by this ban.

I respectfully request that my account be reinstated. I truly believe this ban was issued in error, and I hope Tencent Games will review my case and restore my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
