I play PUBG Mobile on an Android device using the account name Tiryaki01. About a week ago, I purchased UC, but after the purchase I started experiencing serious problems related both to my UC balance and to ranked matches. After the top-up, my UC was not properly credited to my account, and when I try to enter ranked matches, the system keeps blocking me.
When I try to start a Ranked Erangel match, the game displays a warning saying, “This feature cannot be used because you do not have enough UC. Please complete the required UC,” and the match does not start at all. Because of this, I cannot rank up, I cannot receive rewards, and I am completely unable to benefit from ranked matches. Not only am I not getting what I paid for, but my in-game progress has also come to a stop.
I tried to contact PUBG Mobile support through in-game support and other channels regarding this issue, but I have not been able to find anyone who could resolve the problem. For this reason, I request that the issue with my UC purchase and my inability to enter ranked matches be investigated, that the error on my account be corrected, that the UC I purchased be fully credited to my account, and that I be allowed to enter ranked matches without any issues. I want the amount I paid and the inconvenience I have suffered to be resolved as soon as possible.
