PUBG Mobile Account Stolen, Email Locked - Double Verification Blocking Access

My PUBG Mobile account was stolen in May or June 2021 by someone very close to me. At that time, I was using a Samsung J7 Pro, and now I use a Samsung A31. I managed to regain access to my account, but I am now listed as a guest because the person who stole it added their own email address, enabled double verification, and removed my Facebook and X connections. After the incident, I was only able to recover my Facebook and X accounts, but they still had full control over the email address and security settings. I still have my 2021 Google Play Unknown Cash receipts to prove that the account belongs to me. Last night, I reinstalled the game to try again, and I could only log in with the Facebook account I recovered from that person. The account still contains someone else’s email address, and due to double verification, any transaction attempts send a code to that person’s email. Because of this, I can’t take any action and cannot fully recover my account. I have emailed customer service many times, written to in-app support, and filed complaints on various platforms, but Tencent Games has not responded to any of my messages. I do not have full security or control over my own account. As a result, I haven’t been able to play PUBG for years, and my problem remains unresolved. I demand that my account be fully returned to me, my email and double verification removed, and my security settings reset. I also have Google Play receipts proving ownership, which I can provide if needed. I want my issue resolved.
