My PUBG Mobile Account Was Stolen - I Cannot Regain Full Access

I was playing PUBG Mobile on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and about 2–3 years ago my account was stolen. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times, used in-app support, and tried all the recommended steps, but I have not been able to recover my account. I had made UC purchases on the account, and I still have the receipts. My account ID is 52542***, my registered phone number is 0535597****, and my email address is **@gmail.com. After the account was stolen, the username and server were changed, and I noticed that logins were made from many different devices. At the moment, I can log in to my account via Apple, but the person who stole it still has access. I also tried additional security measures, but the problem persists. I request that my account be fully restored to me and that the thief’s access be permanently blocked. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
