Foxepin Didn’t Deliver My Full 5,890 UC—Only 4,740 UC Was Added to My Account

Last night, I purchased UC from Foxepin, expecting to receive a total of 5,890 UC. However, only 4,740 UC was delivered to my account—leaving me short by a significant amount. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such an issue with Foxepin. On a previous occasion, when I tried to resolve a similar problem, customer support made vague threats like “We might close your account,” instead of providing help. Now, I’m facing the same situation again, and no one is offering a solution. I used to trust this site, but clearly its service has gone downhill. I paid full price and expect to receive every UC I purchased. Foxepin, fix this immediately and credit the remaining UC to my account without delay.
