I Face Missing UC After PUBG Mobile Purchase on Website

On July 14, 2025, I purchased 385 UC for PUBG Mobile from your website using my credit card. The payment of ₺221 was successfully charged to my card, and there were no issues with the transaction itself. However, instead of receiving the full amount I paid for, only 60 UC was credited to my account. My order number is 0535*6201.

After noticing the shortage, I reached out via your WhatsApp support line. I was told that I needed to use your in-site live chat or ticket system for assistance. While I understand support procedures, this is a straightforward case of an incomplete UC delivery, and I expected it to be resolved quickly through any contact method.

I request that the missing UC be credited to my account immediately, as I paid for the full package and have proof of payment. Please handle this matter promptly to prevent further inconvenience.
