I Face Missing UC After PUBG Mobile Purchase via Midasbuy on Vodafone

On September 1, 2025, I purchased 1,500 UC in PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy using Vodafone billing. The total amount of ₺949.9 was successfully charged to my account, and my order number is SG2509013867Z1E650HZ5E. However, even after more than 30 minutes, the UC has not been credited to my PUBG Mobile account.
During the purchase, the system displayed an error message, and since then I have not received any confirmation or delivery of the UC. I attempted to reach customer support, but I was unable to connect and have not received any response from either Midasbuy or PUBG Mobile support teams.
This issue is highly frustrating, especially considering the amount I paid. I expect the UC I purchased to be immediately delivered to my account or for the issue to be resolved without any further delays. If the UC cannot be credited, I request a full refund of the ₺949.9 I paid.
PUBG Mobile and Midasbuy must ensure that payment-related errors like this are fixed, and that users receive their purchased items promptly. I urge the company to resolve this issue urgently to restore trust and prevent further inconvenience.
