Unauthorized Charge by Temu and Missing Orders

I am very frustrated with Temu for charging ₺1696 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, and it is unacceptable for a company to misuse customers' payment information in this way.

To make matters worse, the products I previously ordered from Temu still haven’t been delivered. It seems like they copied my card details and made unauthorized withdrawals while failing to fulfill my original orders.

I have reported this issue to the relevant authorities, but I demand immediate action from Temu. They must refund the unauthorized amount and ensure my pending orders are delivered promptly. Such unprofessional behavior damages customer trust.
