Temu Did Not Refund My Canceled Order Even After More Than a Month
On February 13, 2025, I made a purchase for ₺1,545.44 on Temu but decided to cancel it later that same day. I was informed that my refund would be completed in 14 days. It’s March 19, 2025, and I’m still waiting for my money to arrive. I truly regret my decision to go with this company; the wait for a straightforward refund has been unexpectedly lengthy. Each time I look into it, I receive the same unclear answers without any actual advancement. I had high hopes for Temu, believing it to be a trustworthy platform, but my experience showed me a different reality. I won't be returning to this store, as I refuse to deal with this kind of inconvenience for an issue that should have been sorted out weeks ago.
I made a purchase from TEMU on February 15 and canceled my second order. I was told that my refund would be processed within 14 business days, but today is March 20, 2025, and I still haven’t received it. They keep stalling and misleading me. I will never shop from TEMU again.
