Temu Refuses to Refund Me for Missing and Damaged Items in My Order
I ordered several materials from TEMU but encountered issues with my order. One item arrived torn and deformed, while the other item never arrived, even though its package was not damaged. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issues, providing photos of the damaged item and tracking information for the missing one. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, I only received vague responses and no concrete solution. I returned the torn item, but TEMU is refusing to issue a refund for the item I never received. It feels like I am being ignored, and my concerns are not being taken seriously. This is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution.
