I made a purchase on Temu back on July 15th, and it's been a whole week since July 22nd that my package has been held up in customs with no updates whatsoever. I've been waiting for a whole month now, and it's really getting on my nerves that this product, which usually arrives in a jiffy, is still stuck at customs.
This is my initial order, and I haven't received the answers I require from Temu's support line. I just can't wrap my head around why there hasn't been any progress or updates about my package.
My Temu shipment still hasn't arrived, and it was supposed to be delivered by the end of today at the latest. It arrived at the airport on July 22nd and was shown as being in transit on July 25th.
