Temu Keeps Changing Refund Dates

I have been unable to receive my refunds for two separate purchases I made on Temu using my Akbank credit card. For order PO-203-21539619259512540, I returned the item on September 27, and the system shows that the refund was issued on October 17. For order PO-203-21539618133112540, I returned the item on October 3, and this refund is also shown as processed on October 17, 2025. However, even after nearly two months, the refunds of $18 and $19 have still not been reflected on my card.
During this time, I contacted Temu multiple times through live chat and written support. Each time, I was told to wait, with the explanation that the delay was due to “the processing systems of the receiving financial institution.” First, I was told the refunds would appear between October 17 and November 3. When those dates passed, I was given a new window of October 17 to November 9. Even after further communication, no concrete solution was provided. I also filed a complaint and refund request through my bank, but Temu continued to tell me to “keep waiting.”
It has been more than two months, I still haven’t received my money, and I feel I am being stalled with constantly changing dates. I request that the refund amounts of $18 and $19 for orders PO-203-21539619259512540 and PO-203-21539618133112540 be deposited into my Akbank credit card account immediately, without any further delay or postponement.
