Temu Didn’t Provide Full Coupon Amount Promised Before Checkout

On November 16, 2025, I purchased two items—a side table and a vegetable chopper—from Temu under order number PO-203-16273953959030134. Before completing the purchase, it was stated that I would earn a 2,000 TL coupon if I bought both items together. During checkout, I also earned an additional 900 TL coupon.

However, after completing my order, when I attempted to use the coupons all at once, I noticed that the coupons had been split into multiple smaller coupons of 150 TL each in the “My Coupons” section. Each small coupon can only be used on separate orders. This restriction was not mentioned in the promotion details, and the offer gave the impression that the full coupon amount could be used in a single purchase. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience.

I paid a total of 1,253 TL with my credit card. I tried to seek help through the in-app support system, but I couldn’t get a solution. I am requesting that the coupons I earned be issued to me as a single, usable coupon so that I can spend them as intended.
