Litmatch Voice Matching Not Working for VIP Members and Always Shows “App Busy”

I have been using the Litmatch voice-chat app as a VIP member for some time. In the past, when I waited around three minutes in the voice-matching section, I would usually get matched without any issues. However, for the past five days, the system has given only a 30-second timer and then shows the message “The app is very busy, please try again,” and no match is made.

Even though I am a VIP member, I can no longer use the voice-matching feature the way I used to. I reported this issue through the in-app “report a problem” section, but I have not received any response.

I request that the voice-matching feature be restored to its previous state with a reasonable waiting time, and that I be able to use this service smoothly as part of my VIP membership.
