When I try to match with people for chat on the Litmatch app, the system constantly fails and never completes the match. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time, every time I try to use the app, and I am unable to benefit from the service.
Even though I contacted the support team about this problem, no solution has been provided and the issue continues. As a user, not being able to use a basic feature like matching causes significant inconvenience for me.
I request that this matching issue on the Litmatch app be technically investigated and permanently resolved as soon as possible, and that my account also be checked as part of this process.
