Temu Delayed My Order for Weeks and Keeps Showing the Same Shipping Status
I placed an order on Temu on February 1, and it was shipped on the 4th. On the 8th, the status showed domestic transfer within China, and on the 14th, I received the same update again. When I contacted Temu support, they told me that the package was small and the flight had been delayed. They mentioned that my order might be delayed by 1-3 business days, but the status has not changed for days. If my package is going to arrive a month later, what is the point of ordering? I chose this platform because of the promised delivery times, but this experience has been disappointing. Please speed up the logistics process, as I need my products urgently.
