I Didn't Get Any Compensation For Delivery Delay from Temu
Temu, used by many influencers on social media lately, doesn't meet its delivery promises. Their website claims that if they miss the delivery deadline, they’ll offer a credit as compensation. But from my experience, they didn't follow through with this guarantee and they only offered vague apologies. They blamed the delay on the "guruban" holiday, but I've seen plenty of similar complaints from other customers. If you're thinking about placing an order with them, be aware that you might face long delays and won’t get the compensation they advertise. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of follow-through, especially when they make bold claims to attract customers. This is just a heads-up so you can manage your expectations and avoid the hassle I went through.
