Deposited $56 to Tempobet, Funds Missing for Days — No Help From Support
I’ve been a Tempobet member for nearly 15 years, but lately I’ve started experiencing serious issues with my transactions. On September 26, 2025, I deposited around $56 using the instant bank transfer method through Kuveyt Türk Bank, but even after three days, the money still hasn’t appeared in my account.
This same issue has occurred during my last three deposits, and I’ve now faced the same problem three times in a row. I contacted live support dozens of times — I’ve sent about 50 messages, but only 10 were answered, and every time they just told me to “please wait” without offering any solution. There’s no restriction on my account, and I have no other way to reach them.
After years of loyalty, I’ve completely lost trust in this platform. I now demand a full refund of my deposited amount and request that this issue be resolved immediately.
