On October 4, 2025, I first deposited ₺3,000 into my Tempobet account via bank transfer. Later, I was told my account needed to show a balance of ₺7,000, so I added another ₺4,000. After that, I was informed that I had to make a single transfer of ₺7,000, which I also completed. Since I had trusted Tempobet for years, I continued the transactions without hesitation.
After all these deposits, I requested a refund. However, I was told that the minimum refund limit was ₺25,000, so I deposited ₺11,000 more to reach that amount. Then, I was informed that there was an additional 28% + 28% billing requirement, meaning I had to deposit a total of ₺39,000. I even completed that payment, but afterward, they claimed there was a VIP refund limit and said I needed to deposit ₺60,000. They kept giving new excuses to make me send more money, dragging out the process endlessly.
When I contacted customer service, they kept stalling and never provided a clear solution. This is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. My username is beckyanil. I have deposited a total of ₺39,000, and I am requesting a full refund of all the funds I transferred.
I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and that my money be refunded as soon as possible.
