Unauthorized Telegram Activity Under My Name and Number

I got a verification code through the Telegram app, which I don't even have on my phone. In response, I tried to access the app through the website, but it looks like the password has been changed, so I can't log in. At the moment, the app isn't even on my phone. Before this, I had blocked calls and messages on WhatsApp from foreign numbers I didn't know. I want to make it clear that I'm not responsible for any illegal things that might be done with my name and phone number. I want to let you know that I plan to sue you over this issue. I'm determined to look into this issue as much as possible.
