Unauthorized Telegram Account Access

Without my knowledge, a Telegram account was opened under my phone number, 0534*****5602. I only found out about this on September 11, 2023, thanks to my friends' warnings. When I tried to access the app on my own device, it displayed a warning that the account was password-protected, denying me access. I'd like to state unequivocally that I had no involvement in the creation of this account and have no knowledge of any actions or activities carried out on it. I refuse to accept responsibility for any actions taken without my permission. This Telegram account was created without my knowledge or consent, and I urgently request that Telegram close this account that I did not authorize. It is critical for my privacy and security that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.
