I am using the Telegram app on an Oppo A77s phone with a Kenyan phone number, and for the past 6 days I have not been able to receive the SMS login code that is required to access my account. The phone number I am entering is the same line I normally use and can receive other SMS messages, but Telegram’s verification code does not arrive. This is the first time I am reaching out to Telegram support about this issue. I have checked that my number is entered correctly and my line is active, but despite these checks, no code is delivered, so I cannot log in or use Telegram at all. I kindly request that you investigate why SMS verification codes are not being sent to my Kenyan number and ensure that I can receive the login code via SMS so I can access and use my Telegram account again.
