For the past 4–5 days, I have been unable to receive the verification code from Telegram. On my Android device, the app displays the message “Code sent,” but the SMS never arrives. Today alone, I tried 5–6 times, and the problem persisted. I even attempted logging in with the same number on a different Android device, but the verification code still did not reach me.
My phone line has no issues—there are no restrictions, blocks, or balance problems. I continue to receive SMS messages from other apps and contacts without any problem. The issue is specific only to Telegram. My account is registered with the number +994554349* (Azerbaijan).
I contacted the Telegram support team regarding this problem, but I have not received any response or guidance. Without the verification code, I cannot log in to my account, and this is causing significant frustration and inconvenience.
I demand that Telegram resolve this issue as soon as possible by ensuring the verification code is delivered to my phone. If the SMS option is failing, I request an alternative verification method so I can regain access to my account.
