Not Able To Access My Telegram ID

For about one day I have been unable to access my Telegram account on my Android phone. When I try to log in, the application asks me to check my email, but when I enter the address it shows an “Invalid email address” error and does not let me proceed. I still have the same phone number that I have been using for around a decade, and this number is linked to my Telegram account. Despite this, I am not receiving a login code via SMS or any option to log in with my phone number, so I am completely locked out of my account. I tried to get help through Telegram support, but I did not receive any useful response or solution. I kindly request that you help me regain access to my account by sending the login code directly to my verified phone number or by providing an alternative way to log in using my phone number instead of email.
